Dangerous Goods Policy

The responsibility of the container operator (NVOCC / main shipping lines) is to complete the Dangerous Goods Declaration form, which must include the following mandatory details::
  1. UN Number.
  2. Proper shipping name of the dangerous goods and its class.
  3. Net weight of the dangerous goods and the gross weight of the shipment.
  4. Details of internal and external packaging.
  5. Full address and emergency contact details of the shipper and consignee.
  6. A copy of the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all dangerous goods shipments.
  7. If tanks are involved, valid certification documents for the approved tank category must be provided.
  8. Packing certificate for IMCO Class 5 and Class 6 cargo to verify special acceptance conditions for loading when internal compliance is met.
  9. Relevant documents to ensure safe transportation.
Incorrect, false, or improper completion of dangerous goods documentation may result in substantial financial penalties. Classes 1 and 7 are strictly prohibited from transportation.
